Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Corridor Virtual Assistant LLC, doing business as Priscilla Zaehringer (“I,” “me,” or “my”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit priscillazaehringer.com (the “Site”) or contact me through it. I’m a marketing and operations partner based in Iowa, United States, and I try to keep this straightforward.

Information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out a form on the Site, whether an inquiry form or an email signup, I collect what you choose to share. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, website, and details about your business, your goals, your budget, and how you found me.
Information collected automatically. The Site does not use analytics software or advertising and tracking pixels, and it does not set tracking cookies of its own. My hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the Site secure and running. If I add analytics or a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel in the future, I will update this policy first.
How I use your information
I use your information to:
- respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about working together;
- deliver any resource, guide, or email sequence you sign up for;
- send occasional emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
I do not sell your personal information.
How your information is shared
I share information only with the service providers that help me run my business, and only as needed:
- Formspree, which processes and delivers form submissions (privacy policy).
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which manages email signups and email marketing (privacy policy).
- Vercel, which hosts the Site (privacy policy).
I may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect my rights, safety, or property.
Email marketing
If you opt in, I may send you emails with updates, resources, or news about my services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Cookies
The Site does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party services listed above (for example, an embedded Kit form) may set functional cookies needed to operate. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
How long I keep your information
I keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the services you have requested, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can:
- unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email;
- ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, by emailing priscilla@priscillazaehringer.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” of personal information, which I do not do. To exercise any of these, just email me.
Data security
I use reasonable measures, and rely on reputable providers, to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, for example my Instagram or a podcast platform. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and I encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will change the “Effective date” above. Significant changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the Site.
